Thank you for choosing our custom-made doors. We take pride in delivering high-quality, bespoke products tailored to your specific needs. As these products are made to order and customized to your specifications, please review our policy below carefully:
1. Customization & Manufacturing Process
- All our products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. This includes size, color, design, materials, and any other custom requests. Once an order is confirmed, the production process begins, and it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
- As our products are made to order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that all details (size, color, material, design, etc.) are correct before placing the order. If you have any questions or need assistance in finalizing the design, feel free to contact us prior to confirming the order.
3. Quality Assurance
- We ensure all our products undergo a strict quality control process before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or has defects in materials or workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve any issues, including possible repairs or replacements at no extra cost.
- Please note that minor variances in color, texture, or slight imperfections in custom designs are not considered defects but are a result of the bespoke nature of the product.
4. Refund Policy
- No Refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed and production has begun, as the product is specially made according to your specifications.
- Refunds may only be considered in the case of production errors or damage during shipping. To request a refund in such cases, please provide photo evidence of the damage or manufacturing issues within 7 days of receipt.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for verifying their order details and providing accurate shipping information. We will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect order details or shipping addresses provided by the customer.
