1. Customization & Ordering Process

• Custom-Made Products: All doors sold by us are made-to-order and customized according to the specifications provided by you, including but not limited to size, design, color, material, and other bespoke features.
• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order and submit your specifications, we will send you an order confirmation that includes a summary of your order. Upon confirmation, production will begin, and no changes can be made to the order.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your specifications and shipping details. We will not be liable for errors in orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices: The prices for our custom-made doors are listed on our website or provided upon request. All prices are in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice. The final price for your order will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
• Payment: Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payments via payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.. Payment is processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.
