Door Packaging Process

Our packaging process ensures that each door is carefully protected during transit to prevent any damage. We follow a meticulous and structured approach to packaging, including thorough inspection and appropriate protective materials to ensure the door arrives in perfect condition. Here's the step-by-step packaging procedure:

1. Factory Inspection

  • Pre-Packaging Quality Check: Before packaging, each door undergoes a rigorous inspection process at our factory. Our quality control team carefully checks the door for any defects or imperfections, ensuring that only products of the highest standard are packed and shipped. This includes checking the finish, dimensions, functionality, and overall condition of the door.

2. Foam Protection at the Four Corners

  • Corner Protection: After the inspection, we place foam corner protectors at each of the four corners of the door. This provides essential protection against impact or pressure that could occur during transportation. The foam protects the edges from scratches, dents, or any potential damage during handling and shipping.

3. Wrapping with PVE Film

  • Protection with PVE Film: Once the corners are protected, the entire door is wrapped securely in PVE (Polyvinyl Ethylene) film. This protective film helps to shield the door from moisture, dust, and other external factors that could affect its condition during transit. It also provides an additional layer of protection against minor abrasions and helps maintain the door's pristine appearance.

4. Wooden Frame Packing

  • Reinforced Wooden Frame: Finally, we place the wrapped door into a sturdy wooden frame for added protection. The wooden frame ensures that the door remains securely in place during transit, preventing any movement that could lead to damage. This reinforcement is especially important for preventing impact damage during loading, unloading, and transportation. The frame is designed to provide maximum stability and prevent the door from shifting inside the packaging.

Final Inspection and Dispatch

  • Final Review: Before dispatch, our team conducts a final review of the packaging to ensure that everything is securely sealed and protected. Only after this step is the door ready for shipping to customers.
